Meet the team

As NEXT is a well established brand, our charities team & committee are constantly reviewing invitations to support various charities & initiatives.

The committee meet throughout the year to discuss donation requests and the Charities team ensure that the donations reach the chosen charities.

Andy Latham

H&S, Wellbeing & Charities Manager 

Andy joined Next in 2001 having previously worked as Head of Environmental Health at Asda / Walmart. Andy started his working life as a Medical sales Rep then changed his career path to become an Environmental Health Officer.

Jo Lee

Charities Manager 

Jo started life at NEXT in 2006 and after working as a PA in Product Legislation, Brands and Childrenswear worked as an Office Manager with the National Youth Agency charity.  Jo joined the Charities team as Manager in 2023

Claudia Balderson

Wellbeing & Charities Coordinator 

After working in Next Customer Services and as a Senior Trainer for the Development & Training dept for 22 years Claudia worked for Loros.  And became Next's Wellbeing & Charity Coordinator in 2021 


Genna Douglas

Charities Creative Coordinator

After working in childrenswear design for 15 years Genna has joined the team to share her knowledge and design experience.  Genna is working with Charities to create products that NEXT can produce and sell for the charities' benefit.

Meet the Committee

Charities large and small request financial support & funding.  These requests are discussed by the committee who then decide which Charities have been successful.  Sadly we can't give to everyone, so the committee has to make some difficult decisions.
